Who do you sell to?
Retailers, brands, distributors, interior and furniture businesses, childcare suppliers, gift companies and rental operators. We are a trade supplier and do not sell to consumers through this site.
What is your minimum order quantity?
From 5 pieces per product. The exact minimum per model and colour, and whether products can be mixed, is confirmed with your quotation.
Where are your products made?
Cut and made in our own factory in Turkey.
Who is behind Olyo?
Olyo is made by the team behind Pastelya Kids, our retail brand for canopies, play tents and playhouses. Our team has made baby and kids’ textiles for eight years.
Can you make something that is not in your catalogue?
Yes. If it is a baby or kids’ textile, we can develop and manufacture it from your sketch, sample or specification, with your fabrics, sizes, labels and packaging.
Do you offer private label?
Yes. We add your woven labels, care labels and packaging, and keep your specification for repeat orders.
How do I see wholesale prices?
Wholesale prices are shared with registered trade buyers. Create a trade account or send your selection and we will send a quotation.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide from Turkey. Prices are EXW (Ex Works) our factory; we can arrange shipping to your address and quote it separately, or hand the goods to your forwarder.
How long does production take?
Lead times depend on the product, quantity and customisation, and are confirmed with your quotation.
Can I get a sample?
Yes. Samples of catalogue products and development samples of custom products are arranged as part of your enquiry.
Do your products come with test reports?
Our safety and documentation page lists the documentation currently available. Testing for a specific market can be planned with you before production.
Are the decorations in your photos included?
No. Pom-poms, crowns, stars, butterflies, toys and furniture in photographs are styling. Decorations are sold separately as accessories.
