Muslin products, made to order
We order muslin in any pattern: send your own artwork or a reference, or choose a print and colourway with us, and we make the product in it. Plain colours, florals, checks, stripes and small repeat prints all work in muslin.
Muslin is our strongest fabric. We make the full range of muslin nursery textiles to order, from swaddles, burp cloths and bibs to layered blankets, crib bedding, cushions and canopies, in any print or pattern you choose.

Muslin products: buyer questions
The main specifications to agree are the number of layers, the finished size after washing and the edge finish. Single and double layers are light and airy; four or six layers stitched together make a soft, warm blanket.

Can you make muslin in our own print?
Yes. We order muslin in any pattern. Send your artwork or a reference sample; the minimum for a custom print is confirmed with your quotation.
How many layers should a muslin blanket have?
Swaddles and burp cloths are usually one to three layers; a warm blanket is four or six layers stitched together. We agree the layers and the finished size during sampling.
Will the products shrink?
Muslin shrinks and crinkles a little on the first wash, which is part of its look. We agree pre-washing and the finished size after washing for private-label orders.

What is the minimum order?
Our starting quantities begin at 5 pieces per product. For new products, the minimum depends on fabric, construction and customisation, and is confirmed after we review your brief.
Can you work from a sample or a sketch?
Yes. Send a reference sample, sketch, photo or technical sheet. We agree the specification, make a sample for your approval, then produce.
