How a custom textile project works
A project moves from your brief to an agreed specification and quotation, then a sample you approve, then production checked against that sample, and finally delivery. Timing and any sampling cost are confirmed in the quotation for each project.

Brief
You send the product idea, references (sketch, photo, sample or tech pack), quantities, destination market and target date.

Specification and quotation
We agree fabric, measurements, construction, trims, labels and packaging, and confirm the starting quantity and price.

Sample
We make a sample to the specification. You check the look, size and finish; we adjust if needed.

Approved sample
The approved sample and its specification become the reference for production and for every reorder.

Production
We cut, sew and finish in our factory, check pieces against the approved sample, label and pack them.

Delivery
We ship worldwide from Turkey on the delivery terms agreed in the quotation, with the documents your market needs.

What can you make for us?
Any baby or kids’ textile we can cut and sew: muslin swaddles and blankets, bedding, bibs and burp cloths, cushions, fabric bags and pouches, play textiles, canopies, curtains and decorations, in your design. If you are not sure something is possible, send the idea and we will tell you.
What do I need to send to start?
A sketch, photo, sample or tech pack, the approximate quantity per design, your destination market and a target date. A full tech pack helps but is not required: we can develop the specification with you.
Can you use our own fabric or print?
Yes. We can work with fabric you supply, match a colour you send as a reference, or source fabric printed to your artwork. Minimums for custom-printed fabric are confirmed with the quotation.
Do you charge for samples?
Any sampling cost is confirmed in the quotation before we start, together with the sampling time. You approve the sample before production begins.
How long does a custom project take?
It depends on the product, fabric, quantity and how many sample rounds are needed. Sampling and production times are confirmed in your quotation.
Will reorders match the first batch?
Yes. The approved sample and its specification are kept as the reference for production and for every reorder.
Can you add our labels and packaging?
Yes. We add your woven brand labels, care labels, hang tags and packaging, made to your artwork and to your market’s labelling rules.
