How a project runs

The process in detail
  1. 1. Brief

You send the product idea, references (sketch, photo, sample or tech pack), quantities, destination market and target date.

  2. 2. Specification and quotation

We agree fabric, measurements, construction, trims, labels and packaging, and confirm the starting quantity and price.

  3. 3. Sample

We make a sample to the specification. You check the look, size and finish; we adjust if needed.

  4. 4. Approved sample

The approved sample and its specification become the reference for production and for every reorder.

  5. 5. Production

We cut, sew and finish in our factory, check pieces against the approved sample, label and pack them.

  6. 6. Delivery

We ship worldwide from Turkey on the delivery terms agreed in the quotation, with the documents your market needs.

Manufacturing questions

What we make, minimums, samples and who owns the design.

What can you manufacture?

Baby and kids’ textiles that are cut and sewn: blankets, bedding, feeding textiles, nursery decor, cushions, teepee play tents and covers, storage, fabric bags and pouches, daycare textiles, gifts, occasion products and blanks. Products that need specialist processes such as knitting fabric or moulding foam are developed with sourced materials.

What is the minimum order for a custom product?

Our starting quantities begin at 5 pieces per product. For a new product the minimum depends on fabric, construction and customisation, and is confirmed after we review your brief.

Do you make samples?

Yes. Every new product is sampled and approved before production. Sampling time and any cost are confirmed in the quotation.

Can you work with our own fabric or artwork?

Yes. We can work with fabric you supply or source fabric to your reference, and print or embroider your original artwork.

Who owns the design?

Your design stays yours. Tell us if you need a confidentiality agreement before sharing details.

Have a product in mind?

Send us the idea, even if it is just a photo and a sentence. We will tell you how we would make it.
