We deliver worldwide from our factory in Turkey. The shipping method, delivery terms (Incoterms), cost and documents are agreed with each quotation, based on your destination, order size and timing.

We do not publish fixed transit times or shipping prices, because they depend on the destination, volume and service.

Are your prices EXW?
Yes. Wholesale prices are EXW (Ex Works) our factory in Turkey. You can collect with your own forwarder, or we arrange shipping to your address and quote it separately.
Which countries do you ship to?
Worldwide. Our products have been shipped to more than 40 countries across Europe, the UK, the Gulf, North America and beyond.
How are orders shipped?
By courier, road freight, sea or air, depending on the order size, destination and how quickly you need it. We propose options with your quotation.
Which documents come with a shipment?
A commercial invoice and packing list as standard, plus the origin and conformity documents your market requires, such as an A.TR movement certificate for the EU. Tell us your market and we confirm what we can provide.
Can you ship to an Amazon or fulfilment warehouse?
Yes. Send the fulfilment centre’s preparation and labelling rules with your order, and packing and labelling are agreed in the quotation.
Who pays import duty and taxes?
Under EXW and most other terms, the buyer pays import duty, taxes and customs clearance in the destination country. If you want a delivered, duty-paid price (DDP), ask for it with your quotation.
