Tulle
What tulle is, how it behaves, how to care for it, and which of our products use it.
Tulle is a lightweight, open net fabric that drapes softly and lets light and air through. It is the fabric of all our canopies. The polyester tulle used on our half-round canopies is documented; composition for other lines is confirmed per quotation.

Tulle is made as a fine mesh, which is why it can be gathered generously without becoming heavy. That makes it the natural choice for canopies that hang from a single hoop or drape over a bed frame.
Most tulle on the market is polyester or nylon, which hold their shape and dry quickly. The look of a canopy depends on how much tulle is gathered into it and on how the edges are finished: ruffles, scallops or pom-poms.
Care
- Remove hoops or frames before washing
- Wash gently and cool, or by hand
- Do not tumble dry; hang to dry

Which of your products are made of tulle?
All our canopies: hanging, crib, Montessori, poster-bed and half-round. The half-round canopy uses 100% polyester tulle; composition for other lines is confirmed with your quotation.
Can tulle canopies be made in any palette colour?
Tulle canopies are sewn to order in our palette colours, so a model can usually be made in a colour we have not photographed it in. We confirm it with your quotation.
