Jersey is a knitted cotton fabric that stretches, which makes it the usual choice for fitted sheets, changing-pad covers, and receiving blankets. We manufacture jersey products from sourced knitted fabric; we do not knit the fabric ourselves.

Jersey’s stretch lets a fitted sheet or changing-pad cover pull snugly over a mattress or pad. It is also soft against the skin, which suits receiving blankets.
For fitted products, agree the mattress dimensions and the elastic finish during sampling.
Other jersey products we make include cot and crib sheets, pillowcases, knotted baby hats and headbands, swaddle sacks and soft toys. Jersey also takes prints and embroidery well, so it suits private-label ranges built around your own pattern, in plain colours or stripes.
